Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personal care products that have been opened
Items marked as final sale
Gift cards or digital products

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please include photos showing the issue so we can resolve the problem quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
